- Front Suspension Kit ONLY
INCLUDES:
- Upper arms; CNC Machined 6061-T6 Billet aluminum with FK 1.25'' uniballs at spindle pivot and FK 7/8'' heim joints at frame side pivots
- Lower arms; Fabricated 4130 tig welded utilizing lifetime Kryptonite Products ball joints with cnc machined secondary ball joint retainer at spindle pivot, Delrin bushings with 4130 inner sleeves at frame side pivots, Adjustable steering stops and topped off with bolt on Kibbetech badges in RAW or GREY depending on what is in stock. Black and Gold option comes with GOLD badges. (Other color options sold separately)
- Upper shock mounts; CNC Machined 6061-T6 Billet aluminum bolt in design for 2011-2019 models, 2020+ models come with fabricated steel mounts.
- Sway bar end links; to utilize factory sway bar
- Reservoir mounts; Fabricated upper shock reservoir mount that includes heat shrink covered hose clamps
- Shock mount gusset; Weld on design to prevent upper shock mount from ripping off (2020+ and newer trucks have added holes in the tower which cause failure)
SPECS:
- This is a coil over conversion kit NOT a long travel kit. Kit designed to enhance daily driving characteristics and comfort as well as provide a smooth ride off road
- Bolt on design with with minimal welding/cutting
- Does NOT add any track width, uses stock axles and spindle
- 0''-3” lift (leveling kit) NOT A LIFT KIT
- WE DO NOT RECOMMEND CRANKING THIS KIT UP TO ACHEIVE MORE RIDE HEIGHT
- NO CV BIND at full droop
- Ride height and shock clearances vary depending on year range, some trucks have more room for shocks than others (we have installed identical kits on identical trucks and have seen some differences from factroy and also differences in rear suspension height)
- 9.5'' wheel travel which is a massive improvement over stock
- DELETES torsion bars to gain a smooth quality ride
- 4.5''Backspace wheel recommended
- STOCK WHEELS DO NOT WORK
- 2011-2019 Will fit up to 35'' tires with some trimming
- 2020+ Will fit 37’s with some trimming.
- Minimal cutting required;
- Upper a-arm droop stop needs to be cut out to allow upper a-arm to cycle
- You will need to cut off rear bump stop cup to allow a clean up travel cycle/ we have also seen some trucks where coil spring hits rear bump bracket and we have trimmed this area as well
- Every truck will require something different to get the best results, kit mock up and cycle recommended for best results
- 2020+ KIT comes with same sway bar end links that come with the splined sway bar kit which is reflected in cost
- Install NOT recommended for the average mechanic. \
- 11-19 kit has all 8 upper arms spacers the same
- 2020+ kit has 4 long and 4 short upper arm spacers (long spacers go to the outside)

- Black and gold; Black shock bodies, gold anodized parts/resis, black coils WITH compression adjusters

- These kits are NOT in stock and take us a minimum 8 weeks to manufacture. With all the color options and shock options it is very difficult and costly to have these in stock in every different combination. Shocks are 12 weeks at best for standard and 20 weeks for custom.
